We used Top Realty for both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home. What separates Top Realty (Caroline and Bernard) from other realtors we have used in the past is that Caroline and Bernard put our interests as their top priority. When it came to the purchase of our new home, other realtors would have pushed us toward buying either this house or that even though they knew we weren’t completely happy, because they were more interested in making a quick sale. Caroline and Bernard, however, wanted to make sure we were completely happy with a home before we decided to buy it. They took us to see over 50 homes, all the while putting us at ease about having to see so many homes. They assured us it wasn’t a bother; they wanted us to find the home we were happy with. We really got the sense that our happiness and sense of satisfaction with our new home was something that was really important to them.

When it came to the sale of our current home, Caroline and Bernard knew how important it was that we sell the house by a certain time frame as we had already purchased another home. They put together a beautiful brochure of our home and held a number of open houses. They really put in the effort to sell our house as quickly as possible, and it paid off – we were able to sell our house in a minimal amount of time. If it weren’t for their effort, we are sure our house would not have sold as quickly as it did. Everything worked out beautifully and smoothly in the sale and purchase of both homes. Along the way, if we had any questions we never hesitated to call them; and they happily answered our questions and never made us feel we were bothering them. Caroline and Bernard did everything possible to make the whole experience as trouble-free and stress-free as possible, even going beyond the call of duty just to make us comfortable with the whole process.

Without a doubt, we will use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a realtor. There is just no comparison between the kind of service you’ll get from Caroline and Bernard and what you’ll get from other realtors.

[Bernard] doesn’t make the decision for you, but is willing and capable of giving you the information that can help you make the “right decision” for your life. He has vast knowledge of the market, financing, and was even able to point out that the electrical circuit for the house could be a problem. He is willing to give up a contract when he doesn’t feel its right for you. What a surprise to see a realtor saying “this is not the right house for you,” even though we were tempted at the moment. It was the “trust” between us, throughout the process, which really gave us the comfort and confidence to sign a contract. We were worried about bumping into a realtor who focuses only on getting the “commission”, and getting pushed to sign. Our impression from working with him is that he values his clients’ success – and believes it works better for him in the long run. It was a pleasant buying experience working together to find the right house for us in every aspect, and we will work with him again.
